All Ways Wireless Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing All Ways Wireless. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Custom, Bespoke, and NCNR Orders: Products that are specially ordered, staged, has a SIM inserted or configured to customer specifications, as well as items designated as Non-Cancel, Non-Returnable (NCNR), cannot be returned or refunded once the order is placed. This applies to custom orders, licensed items (including Routers), and End-of-Life (EOL) products unless otherwise agreed upon in writing within the order documentation.
  • Return Authorization: Contact our Support Department at helpdesk@allwayswireless.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  • All Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) devices are NCNR.
  • Please note that variations in cellular coverage, signal strength, or service availability—whether due to geographic location, environmental factors, or carrier limitations—are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and manuals, without signs of damage or misuse.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returned products. This fee does not apply to warranty replacements or items deemed defective by our Support Department and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Credit Card Fees: If the original payment was made via credit card, transaction fees will not be reimbursed.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Damaged Items: If the product is damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of shipment or the RMA will not be issued.
  • Return of Products purchased from All Ways Wireless shall be governed by Manufacturer product return policies in effect on the date of return. All Ways Wireless reserves the right to modify or eliminate such policies at any time. Although Seller's policies may permit Buyer to return Products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, Seller makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products.
